Morgan Simpson, I am a Junior at UConn and I am studying Marketing and Communications. While I am not in a sorority, I am very active with the UConn Women's Rugby Team, and I am passionate about politics and social activism. I think it is important to be politically educated and involved because we have the opportunity to shape our society and the right to make our voice heard.
Hannah Reilly, I am a Senior at UConn and I have created my major which is, Gender, Media and Promotions. Connecting to this movement me and my team have created, I feel as though voting is a right and should be exercised. In addition, I am not in Greek life, but have many friends that are and are wrongly judged. Due to stereotypes, women, particularly sororities, are not respected as the strong, educated and motivating role models they really are, in this campaign we are here to make you aware of that.
- Isabelle McCaskey, I am a UConn Senior majoring in Communications. I am the Membership Vice President of my sorority and have been highly involved since joining it in the Fall of 2013. I have faced all the stigmas that face sorority women everywhere, so this campaign is one I feel passionately about. Not only am I a politically educated woman, I exercise my right to vote and never doubt my opinions. It is important that every person, man or woman, registers to vote and have their voice be heard on behalf of this great country.
Asha Chowdhury, I am currently a senior at the University of Connecticut majoring in International Media & Promotion. As a transfer student I was completely lost until I joined Alpha Chi Omega. Fortunately, I was able to gain so much out of Greek life despite the negative stereotypes associated with sororities. This campaign is my way to reach out to the community so they better understand what sorority women can contribute to society. Her vote will always count.

My name is Haley and I'm a sophomore with a double major in Political Science and Communication and a minor in biology on the Pre-Law track. This campaign is personally very important to me, and it has been on honor to work with it. As a strong political advocate, and an executive member in the Undergraduate Student Government, I see a strong purpose for promoting democratic activism. Also, as a sorority member and officer, it is especially important to me to reach out to my sisters and fellow sorority members to encourage taking advantage of this right that our great grandmothers worked so hard to allow us to have.
